New two story 7,000 s.f. community bank. The new bank wanted
to feel stable and strong but yet tied into its surrounding pacifc
northwest environment, which developed the exterior look. The brick
base anchors the building to the site while the board and batt
siding above along with wood canopy kicker supports give the bank
a warm and inviting feel. The north elevation is angled towards
the main road with an aluminum panel entry feature to help the
bank develop a strong presence. Construction completed November
2005, at a value of $1 million. |

A new 29,000 S.F. state of the art-training center for Union Hall
Local 26. Project includes: 16 welding/grinding and fabrication certification
booths, a large hands on shop demonstration area, interactive classrooms
for demonstrations, computer aided drafting classroom, each classroom
has multi-media links, boiler training room, seminar/banquet meeting
hall, administrative offices, and Union Offices. Project was completed
March 2006, construction cost $4 million. |
