Business Bank of Skagit County,
Burlington, Washington

New two story 7,000 s.f. community bank. The new bank wanted to feel stable and strong but yet tied into its surrounding pacifc northwest environment, which developed the exterior look. The brick base anchors the building to the site while the board and batt siding above along with wood canopy kicker supports give the bank a warm and inviting feel. The north elevation is angled towards the main road with an aluminum panel entry feature to help the bank develop a strong presence. Construction completed November 2005, at a value of $1 million.

     
   
 

North West Washington Pipe Trades Training Center
Burlington, Washington

A new 29,000 S.F. state of the art-training center for Union Hall Local 26. Project includes: 16 welding/grinding and fabrication certification booths, a large hands on shop demonstration area, interactive classrooms for demonstrations, computer aided drafting classroom, each classroom has multi-media links, boiler training room, seminar/banquet meeting hall, administrative offices, and Union Offices. Project was completed March 2006, construction cost $4 million.

New 115,000 S.F. retail center. Tenants include: Best Buy,
Old Navy, Linen-N-Things, Ross, and Petsmart. Concrete masonry
units with steel roof deck construction. Construction
completed January 2005, value $13,000,000.

     
 

Burlington Office Building
Burlington, Washington

New 11,500 square foot wood framed office building,. Exterior
materials include brick, ground face masonry unit base, and
E.I.F.S. soffit signage band. Tenants include: Farm Credit
Union office, Fohn Accounting Offices and future lease space.

The Sports Club @ Stanwood/Camano Village
Stanwood, Washington
24,000 square foot athletic club with indoor six lane pool, locker room facilities, aerobics, gym, weight and cardio rooms; constructed of masonry, and steel; and 23,500 square foot pre-engineered metal building to house three indoor tennis courts. Constructior5n completed June 1997, value $2.2 million.

Sedro-Woolley, Washington

Two-phase historic renovation of existing two -story brick building to accommodate corporate headquarters of Cascadian Farm. Construction completed April 1993 and June 1998, value $575,000, and $325,000 respectively.

Mount Vernon, Washington
