Fourth Corner Neurological Associates
Bellingham, Washington
New 23,600 square foot building containing an 6,000 square foot neuro-surgical clinic, 2,500 sf MRI suite, and a 1,700 square foot ASC on the first floor. The second floor contains a 5,500 square foot Neurology clinic and a 2,500 square foot physical therapy clinic both being designed for St. Josephs Hospital. The clinics are organized around a central circulation space, which feeds into separate waiting areas and suite access. The contemporary northwest plan has a linear shape with a central angled element of circulation that breaks into the suites. Exterior finishes include: concrete, concrete masonry units, aluminum panels, horizontal/ shingled fiber cement board, and storefront windows. Project is currently under construction with a total value of $4.75 million.

Ferndale Family Medical Center
Ferndale, Washington
A new 11,000 S.F. clinic for a family practitioner. The design concept was based upon the “Pursuing Perfection in Health Care” grant. Design features include: open wide hallways and abundant natural light from windows and clerestories. The project completed construction December 2005 at a value of $2.2 million.

North Cascade Eye Associates
Mount Vernon, Washington
Exterior butterfly roof angles and exposed beams with cedar
soffiting reflect a “Northwest” design theme of natural
materials and shapes for this eye clinic. The clinic is 10,000
square feet with provisions for a future 2,500 s.f.
ambulatory surgery center. Interior features include: exam
rooms based upon a “pod” layout, vaulted entry lobby, and
retail display casework for eye ware. Construction was wood
framed. Construction completed June 2004, value $1.4 million
dollars.

Whatcom Physical Therapy
Blaine, Washington
This Project was an urban infill into the city of Blaine
downtown central business district. New construction of a
single story wood framed 5,500 square foot physical therapy
building with associated gym. Construction completed November
2004, value $875,000.

Skagit Island L.L.C. Orthopedics Proliance Surgeons
Mount Vernon, Washington
This 22,500 square foot 2-story orthopedic clinic features a 6,500 S.F. Medicare Certified Ambulatory Surgery Center. The Center was designed with separate waiting areas for the clinic and the surgery center. Interior features include: exam rooms based upon a “pod” layout, vaulted entry lobby, two operating rooms with post and pre-op areas, digital x-ray and physical therapy are included within the building. Construction was a steel framed structure with a brick veneer and synthetic stucco finish,with an exterior “porte-co-chere” drop-off and pick-up zone for patients. Construction completed June 2003, value $3.5 million dollars.

North Cascade Veterinary Clinic
Sedro-Woolley, Washington
6,000 square foot small animal clinic and veterinary hospital. Construction completed July 2002, value $725,000.

Mount Vernon Large Animal Hospital
Mount Vernon, Washington
New 10,000 square foot "state of the art" equine veterinary hospital. Full service facility includes a surgical suite with hoist, exam rooms, x-ray developing, pharmacy/laboratory, treatment room, and an 8 stall patient barn including 2 special foaling stalls. The project was awarded the 2000 Overall Commercial Project of The Year by the Skagit-Island County Builders Association. The clinic was completed September of 2000 and constructed for $1.1 million.

Cascade Dental Complex
Sedro-Woolley, Washington
4,500 square foot addition and 3,500 square foot exterior and interior building renovation. Construction completed August 1999, value $1.2 million.

South Whidbey Medical Office Building
Freeland, Washington
4,250 square foot medical clinic developed for Whidbey General Hospital. Construction completed November 1999, value $650,000.

Cascade Urology Consultants
Bellingham, Washington
7,500 square foot urology clinic and Medicare certified ambulatory surgery center. Construction completed May 2001, value $1.2 million.

Cascade Cosmetic ENT
Mount Vernon, Washington
3,500 square feet ENT and cosmetic surgery clinic. Construction completed April 2001, value $585,000.
