A new of 19,500 S.F. two-story addition to an existing 16,000 S.F. police and fire facility. Project program includes: planning, building, finance, engineering departments, courtroom, council chambers and other associated spaces. Project is currently in the design process and is valued at $3.65 million.

City of Burlington / Skagit County Fire District #6
Burlington, Washington
A new 8,500 square foot wood framed fire station. The facility houses six apparatus bays, a training room, kitchen, office’s and sleeping quarters for six individual crew members. With similar interest and rural site considerations as Freeland, and Blaine the Bay Ridge station is was designed to reflect its’ rural surroundings. The use of CMU veneer, metal and composite siding, and metal roofing created a maintenance friendly facility.
Construction was complete spring 2006

City of Blaine Boardwalk Redevelopment

Carletti Architects P.S. are the Associate Architect with Christensen Design Management as the Design Architect.
A new heavy-timber boardwalk structure including performance and viewing pavilions along the Blaine waterfront. Phase I complete June 2006 value $1.6 million.
Phase II and III are currently in funding and design

Whatcom Co. Fire Protection District #13 / City of Blaine
Blaine, Washington
New 9,700 square foot concrete masonry and wood frame building. The facility has five apparatus vehicle bays, a training room for 50, kitchen, administration offices and sleeping quarters for six individual crew members. Construction cost was $1.3 million.

Freeland, Washington
8,000 square foot fire station with 4 apparatus bays, crew quarters, office space and training room. Construction completed June 2002, value $1.1 million.

Island County Fire District #3 Clinton Fire Station #32
Clinton, Washington
Remodel of an existing 3,500 square foot fire station to incorporate new day room, restrooms and workout room. Currently under construction, value $275,000.

Skagit County Fire District #13,
La Conner, Washington
8,000 square foot pre-engineered steel building for a new 5-apparatus bay station. Project includes training room and offices. Currently under construction, value $750,000.

5,500 pre-engineered steel building for a new 5-apparatus bay station. Project includes training room and offices. Currently under construction, value $550,000.
