Custom Residence
Bow, Washington

New custom residence of 3,400 S.F.  Design features northwest style architecture with exposed beams recycled from a local feed store company.  Large window wall with overhanging eaves to provide for passive solar and covered patio were designed to capture and frame the Skagit valley and San Juan Islands and allow for “outdoor” living area.  Rich earth tone colors and natural materials highlight the “lodge” ambiance and character of the home.

Redmond, Washington

4,500 square foot "Craftsman" inspired design theme. Interior features: vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace with water feature, and floating stairs. Exterior includes extensive landscaping, cedar shingles, and exposed built-up wood trusses. Construction was completed in February of 2003.

A 4,000 square foot home on the hills of the Cascades. The home was styled to achieve the best views of the puget sound. Construction was completed in December of 2002 and the cost was $800,000.

A 2,700 square foot "Lodge" design theme consisting of vaulted ceilings and exposed fir posts. Home boasts an open rail stair case and loft that complements the fashionable design scheme. Construction completed in May of 1997 and the value of the home was $425,000.

Everett, Washington

A new twenty unit low income, assisted living project developed for Snohomish County Housing Authority. Units were designed as four-plexes patterned after the "craftsman" style. Construction was completed in December of 1999 and the projects was valued at $1.2 million.

Mount Vernon, Washington

Custom homes built by Hansell Homes, Inc. Homes starting at $219,000. This development consisted of 18 lots with 10 home designs. Each home was designed to incorporate different design elements to create a neighborhood. All plans were based upon retired owners with main floor living.

Stanwood, Washington

88 unit, two-story, wood framed apartment complex. Construction completed May 2000, value $3.5 million.

     
 

The Woodlands Apartments
Sedro-Woolley, Washington

A new sixty unit, two story apartment project of wood frame construction with vinyl siding. Construction was completed in October of 1997 and was valued at $2.6 million.
